If you run out of credits, we’ll pause sending letters and email you to ask whether you want to top up. You’re always in control — nothing is sent without your permission.

You choose how many credits you want each month. Each credit sends one personalised letter to a property owner, and your credits renew automatically every month. Unused credits never go to waste. If you don’t use all your credits in a given month, they automatically roll over into the next month, ready to be used whenever new planning-approved projects appear in your chosen areas.

Each letter uses one credit. The more credits you choose each month, the lower your cost per letter becomes — so larger bundles offer better value.

In our experience, starting with around 100 credits a month gives the best results. Anything lower tends to be hit-and-miss because you’re sending too few letters to build momentum. Most trades settle between 100–150 credits, depending on how many postcode areas they target. You get decrease or increase your number of credits at any time. If you find you're too busy, decrease your credits. if you want more work, send more letters.

Your letters pause automatically. We’ll email you to let you know, and you can choose whether to top up. If you don’t, your account simply resumes when next month’s credits refresh.
